The Eagle Flag is 14” in diameter and features two neon rings, an inner white neon illuminates the beautiful artwork, while the outer Red ring can be set to constantly on or blink. The clocks housing is made from a high grade plastic with a chrome finish. The clock requires one AA battery (not included), and the neons need to be pluged in ( ac adapter included)
